Drawing inspiration from the dust of the West, the keepsake heritage of America, and the loosely fitting shapes of 1940’s women’s workwear, our collection shot in Texas Canyon, CA depicts the frontier of this landscape.
Exploring textures made for wearing and silhouettes made for moving, we capture the freedom and restraint of history in our heirlooms and of our planet.

Neutral palettes of earth and stone build the foundation of our textiles.  We took time mending and repurposing quilts from as old as 1910 found across the United States.  We selvaged deadstock shirting, such as an olive ripstop, and an indigo jacquard found for our Zay Top.

We stonewashed heavy 12oz cotton not typically seen in womenswear, and built structured pleats for our Dani Pant. We paid homage to the tradition of Shashiko mending with our Long Susan Blazer, free of dyes.
