Refund policy

Exchange and store credit for custom orders.

Some pieces are made to order and require 1-3 weeks to ship. Please inquiry on your piece if you are curious on a specific piece.

I make my pieces to order, and they are often unique and one-of-a-kind. I'd like to respect other individuals requesting the same piece, therefore unworn and unwashed regular price items within 14 days of receiving your order, may be exchanged for store credit only. After 14 days of receiving your order, all sales are final. Available store credit will be communicated to you in a unique client code that can be applied to your next order.  

Restocking fees of 3% are applied which is the paypal/shopify/amazon fee that is not returned to me when I refund your order.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Note when I issue the refund on your piece, it can take Shopify up to 5 days to place the payment back into your original account.

Garments must be returned in original state with hangtags and original packaging intact.
