Jess Meany offers free USPS Priority shipping on all US orders over $400 USD.
For international orders, we offer discounted calculated shipping rates through UPS. Please see international rates at checkout.
As most pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, please expect 1-2 weeks for most pieces ordered to ship. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for any specific questions on your order or a specific product's leadtime :)
As the deadstock and vintage textiles we use are very limited, pieces are often unique and one-of-a-kind. I'd like to respect other individuals requesting the same piece, therefore please be respectful of our work and be a serious buyer, as we may only be able to make the piece just one time.
At this time, our return policy is the following:
7 days from receiving your order for FULL RETURN
14 days from receiving your order for EXCHANGE* or STORE CREDIT only.
*Exchange, only if there is more material to make your piece in a different size. Otherwise store credit will be issued.

To return or exchange a piece, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not DM or reach out to me over social media to begin the return process as I cannot sort or filter these messages and they may be missed.
Garments must be returned in original state.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of return receipt. Note when I issue the refund on your piece, it can take Shopify or Facebook up to 5 additional days to place the payment back into your original account.

Any sale items are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items. No exceptions.
When we have a sale, it only includes items that are listed in the sale. Sales do not apply to past purchases, custom orders, or items not in the sale.
Size exchanges will be fulfilled, if stock is available. Otherwise store credit will be issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your garments are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them or refund them if we cannot make another piece. Simply email us at email@example.com to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to replace your order or we can discuss mending your piece. Defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
