SHIPPING
I offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $300 USD.
For international orders, I offer a discounted calculated shipping rate of $35 dollars. This shipment is made with UPS. Other rates are available too at checkout for international. Fee free to email me at jess@jessmeany.com on any shipping questions.
As most pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, please expect 10-12 days for most pieces ordered to ship.
I follow up after your order is placed with an exact timeline, but please feel free to email me at jess@jessmeany.com for any specific questions on a product's lead-time if you are curious before purchasing.
RETURNS
As the deadstock and vintage textiles I use are very limited, pieces are often unique and one-of-a-kind.
I'd like to respect other customers requesting the same piece, therefore please be respectful of our work and be a serious buyer, as we may only be able to make one piece from the material.
At this time, our return policy is the following:
You have 7 days to request a return for a full return.
You have 14 days to request a return for EXCHANGE* or STORE CREDIT only.
*Exchange, only if there is more material to make your piece in a different size. Otherwise store credit can be issued.
*Restocking fees may apply for cases outside of these return windows.

Please do not DM or reach out to me over social media to begin the return process as I cannot sort or filter these messages and they may be missed :(
Garments must be returned in original state.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Note when I issue the refund on your piece, it can take Shopify or Facebook/Instagram up to 5 additional days to place the payment back into your original account.

SALE ITEMS
Any sale items are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items. No exceptions.
When we have a sale, it only includes items that are listed in the sale. Sales do not apply to past purchases, custom orders, or items not in the sale.
EXCHANGES
Size exchanges will be fulfilled, if stock is available. Otherwise store credit can be issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your garments are damaged or defective, I can gladly exchange them or refund them if we cannot make another piece. Feel free to email me at jess@jessmeany.com to let me know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to replace your order or we can discuss mending your piece. Defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
