Jess Meany offers free ground shipping on all US orders. We also offer discounted priority shipping through USPS, and calculated-rate, express overnight shipping.
For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International and DHL Express. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.
As most pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, please expect up to 2 weeks for most pieces ordered from the shop to ship. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for any specific questions on your order or a product's leadtime :)
NO REFUNDS on QUILT COATS - EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
I make my pieces to order, and they are often unique and one-of-a-kind. I'd like to respect other individuals requesting the same piece, therefore unworn and unwashed regular price items within 14 days of receiving your order, may be exchanged for store credit only. After 14 days of receiving your order, all sales are final. Available store credit will be communicated to you in a unique client code that can be applied to your next order.
Returning your piece back will be paid by the customer, which acts as the restocking fee. The cost of shipping your piece back to me is not applied to your next order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Note when I issue the refund on your piece, it can take Shopify up to 5 days to place the payment back into your original account.

Garments must be returned in original state with hangtags and original packaging intact.
Any sale items are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items. No exceptions.
Size exchanges will be fulfilled if stock is available.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your garments are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them or refund them if we cannot make another piece. Simply email us at email@example.com to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to replace your order or we can discuss mending your piece. Defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
