Jess Meany offers free ground shipping on all US orders. We also offer discounted priority shipping through USPS, and calculated-rate, express overnight shipping.
For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International and DHL Express, not including duties. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.
As most pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, please expect up to a week for pieces to ship.
NO REFUNDS on QUILT COATS - EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
I make my pieces to order, and can often just make one size of a coat. I'd like to respect other individuals requesting the same piece, therefore unworn and unwashed regular price items within 14 days of order receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. After 14 days of order receipt, all sales are final. Available store credit will be communicated to you in a unique client code that can be applied to your next order.
Returns will be paid by the customer.
All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Jess Meany holds the right to deny any refund not meeting all policy requirements. Return authorization numbers are required for all returns and exchanges.
RA numbers can be issued by emailing Jess@JessMeany.com within 7 days of order receipt with the invoice number and a list of the items being returned. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.

Garments must be returned in original state with hangtags and original packaging intact.
Any sale items for 30% off more are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items. No exceptions.
Size exchanges will be fulfilled if stock is available.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return item at Jess Meany. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from refund total.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your garments are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at email@example.com to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to replace your order. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis.
